You can use mass email to send to all leads. If it’s more than a thousand, it would take some work to add all of them to a Target List.

Currently, Target List allows you to add 20 leads at a time through the pop-up box. That would be a lot of clicking Next to get all the Leads in the Target List.

To get this working change the cofig.php file. Change the value in this line

‘list_max_entries_per_page’ => 20,

to

‘list_max_entries_per_page’ => 500,

You can change the config.php file back to the value 20 after you finish this task. After you finish adding all leads to the Target List, you can follow the Mass Emailing instruction to send the emails out to all of them.
