Once you have downloaded the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, now you can install it. Simply follow the steps in the installation wizard.

For configuring the Sugar Plug-in just open the Microsoft Outlook. Now you can see the Sugar Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook tool bar below the Outlook standard tool bar.

• Click on Tools and select the Sugar options to open the configuration dialog box.
• In the configuration dialog box you can see three sections; User Options, Attachment Options and Preferences.
• In the User Option section fill in the username and password which you are using to login to your SugarCRM. This helps the Outlook to login to SugarCRM instance that you are using to synchronize the data within SugarCRM and Outlook.
• In the URL field fill in the site URL of your SugarCRM server instance- http://www.mycrm.com/
• Now you can test the settings that you have set for the SugarCRM and Outlook synchronization, by clicking on the Test Setting button.
• In the Attachment Option section you can make the settings for attachment.
• In the Preferences section you can set preferences for SugarCRM.

This will configure Microsoft Outlook for SugarCRM and now you can sync data between the two.
