I was trying to send email using the templates that I saved by creating email templates. I was shocked to see that the email that I received was blank but while composing email, when I selected the template the content was visible there but it was missing in the email. Then I tried to play a trick to get the content in the email. I copied the HTML code of the template and then I simply pasted it in the SugarCRM email composer. The main thing to keep in mind is to open the HTML editor on and then paste the HTML code in that composer. Then without clicking anywhere else simply hit the Send button. Now you can see the content in the email that you receive. But altogether this is not the right way to manage the template emailing through Sugar.
