The field layout helps in customizing and editing all the fields in the application. Through this feature one can shift, delete,change and add the positions of any field in the any of the modules and depending on that can customize the fields and the position.

Follow the steps below to explore the Field Layout control:

This feature is allowed to the admin only. Login as admin and go to the admin control panel. There under the Studio panel you can select the Field Layout to change the fields and panels.

Select a file along with the sub panel that you want to edit. Here you have two options to perform the editing, one is by editing the file after opening it there in the application and other is by selecting the Edit in place option.

This will open the application with an editing button and then you can edit the fields and panel at the place where they are placed.

After making the changes save and then open the application again to see the effects that you made.
