1. Cases are inquiries or problems associated with an account.

2. Cases module plays an important role in establishing relationship between sales department and the customer support department.

3. Cases module helps customer support representatives to manage support problems and helps in keeping track of the status of each and every case.

What you can do under cases module -

  • You can view the list of cases.
  • You can search specific case.
  • You can click on an individual case to zoom in on the case information record.
  • You can assign cases based on High, Medium or Low priority, based on these priority cases are solved.
  • Cases have a status of New, Pending Input, Assigned, Rejected, or Closed.
