RSS enabled in SugarCRM helps the sales and marketing executives to be more updated about the marketing issues that are happening around. There are only simple steps to get your news or blogs registered and after that you can access the updates very easily without wasting any time.

To subscribe to your News RSS feeds, follow the steps below:

Open the RSS tab. On the left you can see the shortcut block which have My RSS News Feeds and All RSS News Feeds.
Click on My RSS News Feeds. On the left, below the Shortcuts block you can see another block which says New RSS News Feed.

For example:

I filled http://www.sugarcrm.openapp.org/?feed=rss2

to get all the blogs and information from this website to my application.

Fill in the URL in this field and click Save. Once your RSS is saved then you can see all the content of that respective site.
