What you have to do before you follow installation steps

You have to create an empty database with a database user who has “All Privileges.”
Then you have to Unzip the SugarCRM software package into you directory of choice in you web server document root. For example, you could create a sugarcrm directory and have your URL be http://localhost/sugarcrm/index.php
